I am a freelance writer. I write essays, poems, short stories, novel and features.I write in Bangla and English. I have 12 published books in Bangla and 11 in English. Some of my short stories and poems have been translated and included in anthologies. I have been awarded certificate of competence as a Published writer by the Writers Bureau, Manchester, UK and I received the Best Poet award for 2003 by the Poets International, Bangalore, India. I have been awarded 2007 Editor's choice published Poet by the International Library of Poetry, USA. Mother of all Beings(a biography of the Mother of Pondicherry) by me are being sold internationally. Besides newspaper pages and magazines my works are regularly published in e-zines.<<
